The BT-200 is a binocular see-through smart glass that is powered by Android v4.0.4. The Moverio leverages sophisticated augmented reality technology, and can enhance the work experience and productivity by enabling the user to view content on the smartglass hands-free while on the move. The device is suitable for enhancing work productivity in Healthcare, Entertainment, Marketing, Gaming, or Tourism sectors and more.
The Moverio BT-200 can also improve the way we acquire information, or enhance the way we work by being able to provide the first person view in areas such as photography/ videography, support training such as assisted surgery, and support hot-desking and hands free operations for field operations. All of these and more can be achieved with the right applications designed and developed for the Moverio.
Possible applications in the medical/ healthcare industry
Moverio BT-200 can be a device that can aid healthcare professionals not only in training and education for the younger medical officers or nurses, but can also act as a second screen for certain clinical procedures. At a higher level, Moverio can even be considered for surgical assistance.
